Stonehouse Hotel – 5 minute walk (10minutes back!). Turn right at the bottom of Sedbusk Hill. Excellent for a special occasion. Pool Table.
Simonstone Hall – 20 minute walk either along Sedbusk Lane or straight through the fields from the village green. Excellent for Sunday Lunch, although Jeremy Clarkson might not agree.

Green Dragon Inn – Hardraw. About 20 minute Walk either across the fields or via the roads. A truly unique Pub and usually good food Also the entrance to Hardraw Force (England’s largest single drop waterfall)
Street Head Inn – About 20 minutes drive. Excellent Sunday Carvery.
